We hope you love what you ordered from eblens.com and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price subject to these guidelines. Note that shipping charges are not refundable. We will gladly accept returns of online purchases from eblens.com or you may return online purchases at any one of our EbLens store locations. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to an EbLens store. Exchanges cannot be processed by eblens.com and can only be made, subject to availability, by visiting one of our retail locations or by returning your current item to eblens.com and reordering the new item of your choice. With original receipt (your packing slip/invoice), we will honor a refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of a purchase. If an EbLens gift card was used, a new gift card will be issued. Items must be unworn and have original price tickets and tags attached. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Launch Sneakers, Quickstrikes, Shock Drops, Clothing, Hats and shoes missing original tags and/or boxes, Under Garments, and Clearance products with .98, .97, .96 cent endings.

All merchandise returns are made at the sole discretion of the Store Management. All in-store decisions are Final
With an EbLens Register Receipt:
- A valid state driver’s license or state ID is required for all merchandise Returns.
- Cash back or charge credit within 30 days. Merchandise must be unworn with manufacturer’s tags attached and/or in original box.
- Refunds will be made in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.
- Unworn merchandise returned with a receipt, but without manufacturer’s tags attached can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase.
- If the price of the new item exceeds the lowest sale price of the returned item, the difference will be owed.
- All undergarments and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.
- No returns or exchanges on the following: Launch Sneakers, Quickstrikes, Shock Drops, Hats, Clothing with Tags Unattached.
ONLINE RETURN OR EXCHANGE TO STORE
Our sales associates are happy to assist you with your return or exchange at any one of our EbLens store locations. To find the store location nearest you, visit our store locator page. Please bring your eblens.com packing slip/sales receipt to the store when returning or exchanging an item purchased online. Without your packing slip/sales receipt, we will offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. Merchandise purchased online using a PayPal account and returned to EbLens stores with an original receipt will be issued an EbLens gift card in the amount of the purchase price. To make a return to eblens.com com and receive a refund to your PayPal account, please follow the instructions below.

Note: We cannot process exchanges for items sent to our online fulfillment center. To exchange an item, please visit one of our retail store locations or return your current item and reorder the item of choice. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to an EbLens store. Eblens.com cannot process returns for items purchased at our retail store locations. If you would like to ship your item(s) purchased from eblens.com back to us, please send an email request to [email protected] and include your name, shipping address & order number. Failure to include this information may delay the processing of your refund.
- All products must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with the price tickets attached or in original box.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packing materials.
- All shipping costs associated with any return/exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs from initial orders are nonrefundable.
- Refunds in the same form of original payment will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned order/item(s) at our fulfillment center. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Orders that have not been processed may be cancelled. Processed orders will have to be shipped back and returned.
